This workshop will run for two and a half hours, including face
to face information, group discussion and interactive exercises.
The workshops will focus on looking after your health and
wellbeing during trying times, recognising and responding to
stress and managing conversations with distressed people.

This workshop is open to anyone that would like to be involved
– welcoming service providers, farmers, members of the
community and local clubs, health professionals and anyone that is dealing with the effects of the current conditions.
Training will be delivered by National Centre for Farmer Health.
The Victorian Farmers Federation, Royal Flying Doctor Service,
Country Women's Association, Country Fire Authority, National
Centre for Farmer Health and North East Catchment
Management Authority have all come together to support the
social and emotional wellbeing of the community in rural areas
during tough times.
