Our Programs

The work of the North East CMA is divided into three business units;

• Water - this team manages our river health, water quality, water resources, floodplain and Waterwatch programs.
  
• Strategy and Partnerships - this team manages our strategic planning, investment planning, community and stakeholder partnerships, Landcare and Advisory committee functions.
  
• Corporate Services - the team manages the financial, health and safety, vehicles and human resources.

These business units work with our partners and the North East community to implement the region's programs.
