The Victorian Government, through Our Catchments Our Communities, is funding the development of individuals through the Leadership Development Grants program, designed to strengthen skills and capabilities while fostering a new generation of leaders in catchment management.

Our Catchments, Our Communities Leadership Development Grants support the development of future leaders in integrated catchment management in Victoria. The grants are a key initiative of the Our Catchments Our Communities – Integrated Catchment Management in Victoria 2016-19 strategy, Victoria’s first state-wide integrated catchment management strategy.

Our Catchments, Our Communities is funded as part of the Victorian Government’s $222m investment to implement Water for Victoria. Grants are awarded annually until 2020. Recipients are required to share the knowledge and experience gained to strengthen the catchment management sector.
