The North East Catchment Management Authority is inviting contractors and suppliers to submit quotations for the following tenders:
- Supply of Plant and Equipment
- Supply of weed control activities
- Supply and delivery of native seedlings
- Supply and construction of rural fencing
- Supply of riparian tree planting services
- Supply and delivery of rock
The North East Catchment is comprised of four sub-catchments: Ovens, King and Black Dog Creek; Upper Murray and Mitta Mitta; Omeo and Benambra district; and Wodonga, Kiewa and Indigo.
The Authority intends to establish a preferred contractor/supplier based on a schedule of rates and conditions outlined in the tender documents, for the supply and delivery of the above activities, across all four sub-catchments. A secondary supplier will also be contracted to deliver any works that fall outside the capacity of the primary contractor.
Suitably qualified contractors and suppliers are invited to submit a tender to supply one or more of the required activities detailed in the specifications, for one or all sub-catchment areas listed above for the period of the contract. Indigenous Enterprises are encouraged to apply.
Selection criteria will be based on Business Profile and Systems (particularly Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, Environmental Management Systems and levels of Indigenous Participation), Experience and Track Record, Suitability/Availability of Plant and Price. Contractors and suppliers shall be able to demonstrate previous experience in the areas outlined above.
Copies of tender documents can be obtained from the North East Catchment Management Authority web site below. Tenders close at 4.00pm on Monday 3 February 2020 and must be submitted via the website.
