The North East Catchment Management Authority (CMA) invites submissions from suitably qualified organisations, individuals, and/or consortiums of contractors to assist in the delivery of the Embedding climate adaptation in Agriculture in North East Victoria Project (ECAiA). ECAiA is a project to assist local government and the agricultural sector of North East Victoria to effectively adapt to the impacts of climate change.
The project will utilise existing, readily available data of relevance to an assessment of climate change impacts on agricultural productivity at the regional scale. The successful contractor/s will synthesise existing material and analyse it to present it in forms that will make it clear and easy for end users to more easily integrate information, develop knowledge of how climate change impacts their businesses and operations, and plan and manage for the future.
Through the process and the products developed, agricultural industry and local governments will use the information about present and future climate change to review the suitability of current and planned practices, risk management, policies and infrastructure.
All enquiries should be directed to Lachlan Campbell from the North East CMA on (02) 6043 7672.
This Expression of Interest will close at 5.00pm on Monday 31st December 2018 and must be submitted electronically to email@example.com.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
