Regional Landcare Facilitator

Regional Landcare Facilitator Project

The Regional Landcare Facilitator (RLF) Project is funded by the Australian Government’s National Landcare Programme, across all 56 NRM regions in Australia. Regional Landcare Facilitators work in partnership with North East CMA Catchment Coordinators, regional organisations and community groups to support sustainable and profitable agricultural production and to facilitate community-led natural resource management.

The RLF Project coordinates and provides support for a diversity of community events such as field days, forums and training opportunities for community groups.

Evaluating the Regional Landcare Facilitator Project

The Regional Landcare Facilitator (RLF) role has been based with the North East CMA for the past 5 years. During this time the North East CMA in partnership with groups has delivered a large number of events and activities relating to Natural Resource Management, Sustainable Agriculture and Community Group Support.

A list of RLF activities that have taken place over the past 5 years has been provided for your reference.
