Bullioh Hall, Murray Valley Highway, Bullioh

Delivered by Cynthia Mahoney on behalf of Agriculture Victoria

Free event with morning tea, lunch and notes provided

Register at trybooking.com/events/landing/1620999

Join us for this complimentary workshop designed to help community members, landholders and local businesses understand what prolonged stress does to our brains and bodies, and discover practical, evidence-based strategies that can help you regain your energy, think more clearly, strengthen relationships and move forward with confidence.

You don't have to have been directly affected by fire or drought to feel the impact. When communities face challenging times, we all carry some of the load. Whether you're a community member, farmer, business owner, volunteer or supporter, you're warmly welcome.

The workshop will be delivered by Cynthia Mahoney, on behalf of Agriculture Victoria as part of the Victorian Government's statewide Drought Support Package and supported by funding from the Australian Government's #NaturalHeritageTrust under the Climate-Smart Agriculture Program.
