Electrofishing on the Lower Kiewa

North East CMA has been working on a Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water Murray-Darling Healthy Rivers program to deliver critical habitat improvement initiatives along the Lower Kiewa, specifically tailored towards three federally protected species: Trout Cod, Murray Cod and Macquarie Perch.

Join this electrofishing survey on Friday 9 February which aims to enhance the CMA’s understanding of fish populations along the river and gather data to assess the project’s efficacy in enhancing ecological health.

In this webinar, Agriculture Victoria's climate team will share some of the carbon and emissions tools and resources they have developed to support the farming communities of Victoria to make sense of carbon and emissions on farm.

Dr. Chloe Watfern will speak about her research on the intersections between mental health and the natural environment.
