What an incredible day on the river at the end of March! River Guardians Day in Wangaratta saw a fantastic turnout, with around 300 people coming and going over the three-hour event to celebrate our waterways and take action.
The carp fishing competition was a huge success, with plenty of carp caught and submitted ahead of and during the event. The winning carp measured a whopping 69.5cm — an impressive catch!
