The gathering/presentation, is the inspiration of committee member Jill Coghlan who is currently part of a group looking at the Murray Darling Basin.
The concept of the afternoon is to look at local concerns about health and prosperity of the Mitta River. What is currently happening and what we can potentially do to influence how the river is managed into the future.
Guest speaker is Jonathon Howard, a member of the MDBA Basin Community Committee, Murrumbidgee Environmental Water Advisory Group and on the board of the Murray LLS.
