Join the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, the North East CMA and the Wangaratta Sustainability Network for a Macquarie perch reintroduction Community Event
When: 12 noon - 2.00 pm, Fri 12 May 2017
Where: Gary & Pam Daws property, Ovens River, Gapsted
Why: Participate in the release of adult and sub-adult Macquarie perch translocated from Dartmouth Dam and learn more about this threatened species
This event will also provide an opportunity to learn more about the:
• Role of the North East CMA in waterway management; and,
• Wangaratta Sustainability Network – Restoring our Waterways Carp control program.
